SOCIAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT AND SOCIAL MANAGEMENT PLANS
The social impact assessment includes the identification and assessment of the consequences, positives and negatives, for people and communities produced by the development of a project or business activity. At the same time, it includes the mechanisms for the identification and attention of those impacts that have not been foreseen at the beginning of projects or business activities and the systems for their adequate monitoring. It also includes the design of social management plans for the prevention, mitigation and attention of negative impacts, and expansion of the positive ones.

IDENTIFICATION AND ANALYSIS OF SOCIAL RISKS AND MITIGATION STRATEGY
As part of the risk analysis required by any project or business activity, the identification and analysis of the social risks derived from them, are fundamental actions to prevent property and reputation damage to the company, as well as to consolidate human rights policies and responsibilities.

REVIEW, MONITORING AND INDEPENDENT SOCIAL AUDIT AND EQUATOR PRINCIPLES
The independent review, monitoring and auditing processes allow the evaluation of the effectiveness and behavior of an organization or company in the social, environmental and human rights fields, when its actions and behavior have an impact on territories, countries, and communities.
The Equator Principles are a mandatory reference for the financial sector to determine, evaluate and manage the environmental and social risks of any project in the economic sectors. These Principles have been promoted by different entities of the financial sector in coordination with the International Finance Corporation, an agency dependent on the World Bank.

PROGRAMS AND TRAINING OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND EQUALITY
Implementing the best international practices, the human rights program aims to address the impact of business activities on human rights, labor, environmental and anti-corruption rights.
The program of equality between women and men and non-discrimination, aims to guarantee equal opportunities for women and men within the organization through different strategies that will have to be implemented and evaluated continuously.
Similarly, we offer training courses on human rights, gender perspective and intercultural dialogue applied to the specific functions and needs of each client.

CODE OF ETHICS AND CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The code of business ethics incorporates values, which must be shared by the people who work in the company. Through them, the company integrates a set of principles in decision making, in its processes and strategic objectives. These values serve as a frame of reference for the organization, shaping the character that guides decision making in the company.
Corporate social responsibility provides companies with an agenda of principles and good practices where they assume roles committed to human rights, equal opportunities between women and men, the environment and sustainability processes. It brings positive impact not only on the development of the company, but in local, national and international development goals.
